Patch Flora will exchange or refund any purchase, provided that the goods are
returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 10 days of
receipt. Please remember to include your name and address and the reason for
your return. Customers are requested to e-mail or telephone Patch Flora in advance
of returning goods. Return postage costs (equivalent to the cheapest method
available from a local post office) will be refunded for the return of faulty
goods only. For all returns please note that Patch Flora cannot accept responsibility
for lost parcels.
